What cultural features or traditions of other countries do you remember the most?

It seems to me that now many countries, especially the younger generation, forget their traditions and that is the case almost all over the world, but for example, I really like Indian culture, because for me it is absolutely exotic, but I am amazed how even modern people live by their traditions that are more than 1000 years old, even they are not going to give it up or forget it.
