I have found creative ways to add these super foods to my plate. I take curd regularly for my afternoon lunch as a side dish. I would add chia seeds/ flaxseed to it. I would often add some roasted sesame seeds to my salad for that crunchiness. I often take roasted pumpkin and melon seeds for my mid afternoon snacks. I love them
