In my experience, dietary supplements serve as valuable additions to support a balanced diet, filling potential nutrient gaps and enhancing overall health. I view them as complements rather than substitutes for wholesome foods. Choosing the right supplements involves assessing individual needs, such as age, gender, diet, and health goals. Consulting with healthcare professionals helps in identifying specific deficiencies and selecting supplements backed by scientific evidence and quality standards. I prioritize transparency in labeling and opt for reputable brands to ensure safety and efficacy.
