The frequency of traditional medicine usage depends on individual health needs and the specific remedy. Some herbal treatments may be used daily for ongoing health maintenance, while others are employed as needed for acute conditions. It's crucial to follow recommended dosages and usage guidelines provided by healthcare practitioners or reputable sources. Overuse or misuse can lead to adverse effects or reduced efficacy. Regular check-ins with healthcare providers help ensure appropriate usage and monitor any potential interactions with other medications or treatments.
