  1. Apple have always been my favourite fruit. There are different varieties of apples and I eat each and every one of them. I wasn’t eating it to loose weight but simply because it tastes better in my mouth more than any other fruits out there.

    Although, I’ve kept good shape over the years. Maybe it’s the apples that have been helping me without my knowledge of it.
